Configuration of common labor direction as a requirement for the declaration of singular employer (Second Labor Court of Santiago)

This comment of jurisprudence concerns the analysis of rule RIT O-1413-2015, of the Second Labor Court of Santiago, about a case of declaration of economic unit, in which the Court reasoned that there is no requirement for the declaration of single employer the exercise of the power of control or direction over workers from other agencies.
