In this paper the author studies the non-specific fundamental rights in the Labor Law. He
begins for describing them as a recent legal category in the discipline; establishes its descent;
fits them in the development that has taken the constitutionalisation of the various branches
of law; and ends by pointing their own characteristics, and stating a catalog of wich are the
non-specific rights.
