In this investigation, the author intends to analyze the legal reasoning of the Constitutional Court in case number 3016 (3026) - 16, particularly as regards the right to strike, its relationship with freedom of association, its delimitation and content. In order to develop the study, the arguments offered by the requesting parties, by the ministers of the court and by the government, are analyzed in due course.
