There are subjects, few discussed, and when they are interrelated with other areas of knowledge, they gain an even greater scope than they already had in their originality. This research is dedicated to observing themes relating to labor law and its combination with relevant State issues. To this end, it hopes to answer the following question: Is investment in public policies that promote workability a way for the Brazilian Government to be aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 8? It will be through the dialectical approach method that new public policies capable of restarting better processes will be devised based on what we have—and intend—for the future. The procedural techniques will be typological-structuralist, given that the aim is to idealize new social models based on contemporary society. The method of interpretation is exegetical, as the plan is to provoke modern reflections and observe its scope in terms of practical legislative applicability. The research, which will be qualitative and predominantly bibliographic, obtained a positive response to the question asked. Therefore, the need to think about new forms of assisted and responsible emancipation of workers was perceived, and illustrated through public policies that invest in workability.
