Regulatory systems has evolved to gain space for those anchored in a private regulatory system. The objective of the present work is reputational sanction and the objective is to try to demonstrate if private enforcement can be useful or not to inhibit companies to use slave labor in their production model. To achieve the objective of the research, an approach was made on the institute of regulation and forms of private enforcement, classifying the regulation, the regulatory effect. Subsequently, the system of informal punishment based on reputation was approached, and finally the application of the reputational system to companies that violate human rights with the use of slave labor was specifically addressed. The research method was based on a bibliographic review applying the hypothetical-deductive method.
