The Revista Chilena de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social is a biannual publication of University of Chile’s Law School’s Department of Labour Law and Social Security, which aims for a dogmatic and scientific analysis regarding labour law and social security institutions, be it national and comparative law, as well as its main effects on the societies in which those laws apply.
